A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Meter Box: Located on the right hand side of the house

Water Mains: Located in the garden at the front of property to the right hand side of driveway

Gas Bottles: Located at the back of the property, under the deck

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • 2 Wood fireplaces one upstairs and one downstairs
    • Wood provided, stacked out the back of the property
    • Please contact Accommodation Jindabyne if it is getting low
  • Gas heater in the upstairs kitchen
    • To use: press on/off and use the arrow buttons to select the temperature
  • Wall mounted electric heater located in downstairs living
    • Turn on at wall
    • Red light on means heater off
    • Press button to turn on
    • Use dial on heater to control temperature
  • Wall mounted Morellin Heater in bedroom 1, 2 and 5
    • Press on button and use h1 or h2
    • Ensure the heater is plugged in at the wall and switched on the right hand side of unit
  • Wall mounted Arlec heater in bedroom 3
  • Wall mounted hard wired heater in bedroom 4 and 6

Hot water system

  • Electric hot water system located in the laundry, access externally at the back of property

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • 5 outdoor spaces for cars in the driveway

Stairs to access

  • None to the entrance of the property
  • 15 carpeted internal stairs

Garbage

  • Collection Tuesday morning
  • Red wheelie bins to be put out by guests

Recycling

  • Pick up every 2nd Tuesday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins to be put out by guests
  • Watch the neighbours for guidance

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
